BOA to host high performance workshops

The Barbados Olympic Association Inc will be hosting the following high performance workshops:

June 20   –   9.30 am to 12.30 pm

  • Workshop for swimmers – This Workshop is for swimmers who will be competing at the CCCAN Championships which are scheduled to start June 21 at the Aquatic Centre.

June 22 – 23   –   8:45 am – 4:00 pm

  • Team High Performance Workshop – This two day workshop will be held at the Barbados Beach Club, Maxwell Coast Road, Maxwell Chirst Church.  Athletes who are selected for the 2015 Pan American Games and the Youth Commonwealth Games will be assisted in developing strong coping skills for planning and implementing a high performance strategy for personal best competitive placements. All Sessions will be interactive with audio visual support and resources.

June 22   –  6.30 pm to 9.30 pm 

  • High Performance Workshop at Olympic Centre for the coaches of the athletes involved in the Athletes Workshop.
